WILTON, Iowa - Services for Don G. Wyatt, 42, Oskaloosa, formerly of Wilton, will be 1:30 p.m. Monday at Zion Lutheran Church, Wilton. Burial will be at a later date at Oakdale Cemetery, Wilton.

Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Sunday at Lacock Funeral Home, Wilton, and noon to 1:30 p.m. Monday at the church.

Mr. Wyatt died Thursday at Mahaska County Hospital, Oskaloosa.

He was a motor vehicle enforcement officer with Iowa Department of Transportation in Oskaloosa.

He married Pamala Miller in 1983 in Wilton.

He was a 1978 graduate of Iowa Law Enforcement Academy, Des Moines. He was a certified police officer.

His memberships included Zion Lutheran Church, Wilton; AFSCME; and Iowa State Police Officers Association. He was a committee member for Boy Scout Troop 77, Oskaloosa, for six years; and held a Brown Belt in tae kwon do. He also was a member of Oskaloosa Community Theater, an avid reader of historical books and a member of the History Book Club.

He attended St. John's Lutheran Church, Oskaloosa and was a former member of Oskaloosa Jaycees.

A memorial fund has been established.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Whitney S., at home; a son, Scott P., a student at Northeast Missouri State, Kirksville; his parents, John and Anita Wyatt, Wilton; and brothers, Michael J., Denver; and Brent S., Wilton.
